Equinox Kombucha is an Organic cultured beverage made by fermenting Green Tea and unrefined Cane Sugar with a Kombucha culture called a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast). It’s a natural alternative to traditional fizzy drinks but generally has much less sugar.
